The small blade on this knife was designed for use during commercial flights. Airnox has been created by Olympia to be used in commercial air travel. The Knife is made from 18/0 stainless steel and had magnetic qualities so it can be used in conjunction with magnetic bin lid systems preventing cutlery ending up in the waste. They can also be used on any magnetic surface to prevent them moving during takeoff or landing and they will stay in place in the event of turbulence. This sample set includes one fork, one knife and one spoon.
