A solid choice for smaller kitchens, this slimmer model of the Lincat Opus 800 Single Tank Fryer would be great when adding some smaller fried dishes to your core menu. As standard this machine comes equipped with an inboard filtration system that takes away the trouble of accessing and attaching an external drainage pipe. The efficiency of this unit's performance is bolstered by the presence of a pump filtration system that filters used oil and makes it ready for use again in five minutes, saving you the time and money involved with replacing the liquid after each cook.
