The Lincat Opus 800 Fryer has been specially designed to streamline your frying operation by taking out the hassle of costly or time-consuming tasks. Firstly an inboard oil drain now collects used oil in a bucket beneath the machine rather than requiring the need for an external drain pipe. This oil however will not require emptying so regularly thanks to the integrated pumped filtration system that filters and recycles your oil for reuse in five minutes, vastly extending its life, reducing cost for replacement barrels and removing the danger of moving containers of hot oil for replacement.
