Featuring robust, precise dial controls which allow temperatures of up to 190C and durable stainless steel construction, the Falcon commercial deep fryer is ideal for busy restaurants, hotels, takeaways and many others. The built in filtration system ensure consistent results and reduced running costs, as the quality of oil is retained for longer.
