Each of the three integrated heating elements can be turned on to suit a different purpose, one for holding oil temperature, two for frying fresh foods and three for frozen. This flexible performance means you can adapt the fryer to your menu or needs and thus reduce any excess energy waste, whilst the element pack itself can be removed for easier cleaning during downtime. All controls - including the safety thermostat reset button - are housed at the front of the unit for easy accessibility.
