The oil cavity has a built in cold zone to house any lost food fragments and prevent them further contaminating your oil, extending each bath's lifespan and saving you money. Drainage and maintenance are assisted by the presence of a tap at the front of the unit, removing the need for you or your staff to wait for the oil to cool before draining. Producing up to 16 kilograms of chips per hour, this is a single fryer for businesses expecting a heavy demand such as chip shops and fast food takeaways.
