Featuring a large cooking area to maximise space and efficiency when heating up, this half ribbed Opus 800 Griddle is capable of producing tantalising meals within a few short minutes. With a half-ribbed surface to provide an attractive barbecue brand, the left and right of the heating area can be controlled separately for a simple and economical method for reducing running costs during quiet periods. A large drainage hole and collection area ensures excess fat is drained quickly and hygienically, which can then be removed and emptied with minimal time and effort.
