Easily removable for cleaning and maintenance, this forced air heated bain-marie with accurate, digital controls and specially designed air ducting offers unparalleled flexibility of use. There's no additional plumbing required and no need to maintain water levels or issues with water scale.

These dry heat display units are designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a reliably regulated temperature. Suitable for the display of most types of hot foods, the Moffat is designed to accommodate various combinations of interchangeable gastronorm type pans up to 150 mm deep. This model can fit up to three full size (1/1GN) pans.
