Alto-Shaam holding cabinets maintain food quality, keeping the product at its perfect serving temperature and hold for hours without overcooking or drying out. Using exclusive Halo Heat technology - a controlled, uniform heat source gently surrounds food for better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. It is easy to operate with an adjustable, electronic thermostat with a digital display monitoring the inside temperature to ensure food is being held at safe and precise temperatures. Greater yields and less food waste with Halo Heat technology. Minimise food costs with less overcooking and shrinkage compared to conventional holding. Holding cabinets are easy to clean, simply remove shelves and wipe clean. Expand menus, reduce prep time and labour costs by preparing food hours before serving, and holding it at the optimal temperature for the best quality and taste at the time of service.
