3kW single phase. Capacity: 20x 2/1GN. Preserve the quality of your food before service with the Tournus 507481AS mobile banqueting cart. Perfect for both storage and transportation, the Tournus uses fan assisted heating to hold a consistent temperature of 60-85°C.

Inside, the cart can accommodate up to 20 double-size (2/1GN) gastronorm trays (up to 65mm deep), making it excellent for holding large volumes of food. The interior and door are thermally insulated, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce running costs, and keep heat-up times down.

On the outside, the 507481AS features a water-resistant digital control panel, as well as easy-clean stainless steel construction and sturdy castors. Perfect for positioning the unit where required. As a handy extra, the corner bumpers help to prevent damage to the unit and walls during transportation. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
