Description

Pack Size: 10kg. Sumi Binchotan works perfectly in Kasia Konro grills but can also be used in place of regular charcoal in any BBQ grill. It is favoured by cooks around the world since it burns at a lower temperature and for longer periods of time than ordinary charcoal and doesn't produce any unpleasant odours, making it ideal for sealing in natural flavours. Sumi Binchotan also has purifying properties and is commonly used for filtering drinking water and absorbing odours in fridges and cupboards. It is harder than traditional black charcoal and has a distinctive metallic ringing sound if struck together.

This Binchotan is sourced from 100% pure Ubame oak from Shikoku or Wakayama Japan and is the KING of charcoals. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Lovely coffee machine

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
