This CB GV35/42M "Hot air" rotisserie offers a high volume capacity in a small footprint. With its glass rear panel this rotisserie can be "Island" sited to allw customers to view product being cooked.

  • Variable thermostat temperature control - 0 - 250�C


  • 120 Minute timer with continous cooking mode setting


  • Capacity 35/42 birds (1kg or 1.2kg) on 7 long spits. Spits not included. Other spit options can be supplied.


  • Fitted with side opening door - left hand hinged


  • Supplied with removable fat collection tray with Fat drain cock fitted


  • Fitted with temperature indicator light


  • Supplied with 4 nylon adjustable feet
