This Chefsrange Counter top 2 tier Pass thru heated display is ideal for displaying pressure fried & fried chicken. Designed to be island sited to allow operators to load & unload from opposite sides. Bottom display area is heated with humidity prevent chicken drying out.

  • Pass thru design - with 2 Independently controlled top & bottom heated displays
  • Capacity - 5 x 600 x 400mm trays


  • Top display - Overhead Radiant heat with variable heat control
  • Bottom display - Overhead Radiant heat with variable heat control + bottom heat with humidity control
  • Overhead lights to both displays - independently controlled 
  • Bottom display fitted with analogue thermometer
  • Water supply to bottom display - plumbed in with manual or auto fill selector switch.
  • Low water warning light
