This Chefsrange NTS2S-L is a stand alone steaming oven with an inbuilt boiler for fast steam generation. It is ideal for steaming Fish, Vegetable, Rice & meat. For added felxibility units can be stacked with other NTS 2 or 4 tray steamer ovens,





Features:





  • Electric hyper steamer with inbuilt boiler for fast stem generation


  • Capacity - 4 x 20mm 1/1gn pans, 2 x 65mm 1/1gn pans, 1 X 40mm +100mm 1/1gn pans or 1 x 150mm 1/1gn pan
  • Can steam upto� 130'C temperature - 30% higher than standard steamers
  • 4 Programmable recipes can be set
  • Cook & Hold function
  • Inbuilt timer - timer only activates when correct steam temperature has been reached
  • Steaming boiler automatically fills and can be manually or automatically emptied at the end of service
  • Boiler can be automatically de-scaled using specific detergent
  • Inbuilt heat exchanger helps to reduce energy consumption


  • Units can be stacked with NTS2S or NTS4S units to create more flexibility
  • In hard water areas a water softener is required




  • On site warranty - 24 months parts 12 months labour
