  • Capacity - 21.5 + 11.5 Litres of Oil 
  • Supplied with 2 baskets in the large tank one in the small tank  - Basket size 165w x 335d x 260h


  • Fitted with easy to use Digital programmable controls 
  • Controls have a solid fat melt cycle, Standby setting, drip time setting, activates the filtration cycle, 
  • 10 programmable recipe settings with upto 6 phases of cooking within each recipe


  • Fitted with Inbuilt pumped oil filtration system - can increase oil life by upto 50% and maintains product quality as oil is regularly "cleaned" via filter paper
  • Filtration tank is fitted with wheels to allows easy moving
  • Heating elements tilt upwards to allow easy tank cleaning
  • Large cool zone prolongs oil life
