This Chefsrange RBCO8ADS/3 is a high capacity Bake off Convection oven ideal for Snack Bars, Pubs etc.� This oven has twin fans and elements so has fast heat recovery and can be used for other products such as Croissants, Pasties, Danish pastries etc.

  • Supplied with 4 wire chromed shelves - 600 x 400mm


  • Heating - Convected heat with 2 fans and heating elements gives fast heat up time and recovery with even cooking results
  • Fitted with humidity control
  • Stainless steel baffles around the fans directs airflow for maximum performance


  • Electronic controls - 5 preset menus can be stored with cook & hold function�
  • Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 260'C
  • Fitted with hi limit safety thermostat - set at 360'C




  • Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
