This De Danieli Cooker C802EI� High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle is designed for cooking Low to Medium density mixture products etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with easy to use electronic controls fitted with timer & audible alarm

  • High temperature Indirect heat cooking�- these models are ideal for Low to medium density products, such as custard, jam, marmalade and sauces




  • Capacity -     80 Litres - 16 - 64 Kg of product


  • Electronic controls - Electronic thermostat & timer with alarm and total working hours counter




  • Temperature range     - 20 - 160�C


  • Indirect heat - Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months




  • Kettle finish - 304 foodgrade stainless steel




  • Manual tilting of kettle by use of hand wheel




  • Inbuilt stirrer��- 2 speed 1 direction (dual direction can be fitted as an option)


  • Safety� - when guard is opened stirrer automatically switches off
  • Castors - Fitted with castors as standard - 2 braked
