The Pizzaxpress DXM-SS commercial manual pizza dough press is perfect for medium to high production volumes. Its heavy duty stainless steel construction and cam over lock make it fast, robust and easy to use. The swing open plate allows easy loading and unloading. Pressed dough keeps air in the crust unlike sheeted dough

  • Heavy duty pizza press - Presses pizza base upto �18" (458mm) (10", 12" or 14" plates can be supplied as an option)




  • Output - upto 200 x 18" pizzas per hour




  • Cam over lock linkage keeps upper platen in pressing position until handle is lifted by the operator




  • Digital temperature controls and digital count down timer




  • Swing open base plate allows easy and quicl loading and unloading




  • Heated top plate prevents sticking, will help activate the yeast, aids dough flow and allows dough to be pressed straight from the refrigerator




  • Thickness of pizza base can easily be adjusted




  • Stainless steel finish with aluminium plates.
