The special birch handle design is completely unique to each knife. With a natural feel and an ergonomic shape, the knife feels great in the hand, promoting safe, comfortable use, even during long prep times.

Winner of the 2024 Red Dot Design Award. The blade is made of the alloy X50CrMoV15. Each individual component has a specific task: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength). The birch handle has a special grain, making each handle unique!
