This EKA MKF1664S� 20 Rack Roll In electric convection/steam oven is ideal for operators wanting larger output, such as bakeries and food production companies. Ideal for baking, general cooking and regeneration. It is designed for ease of use with it's electronic programmable controls and can be fitted with an integrated condense hood allowing siting in almost any application

  • Capacity�- Holds either a 20 Rack Roll In trolley holding 1/1gn containers or 600 x 400mm bakery trays - please specify when ordering.


  • Controls - Easy to use Mechanical controls, with temperature setting, humidity control and timer


  • 3 Cooking Settings�- Dry heat, Dry heat with variable steam setting, Steam only


  • Temperature range� - Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 100 - 270'C
  • Oven is supplied with 1 trolley please specify eith 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm when ordering


  • 3 x Cooking fans fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!




  • Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
