Firex Easypan PM9IE270GN electric indirect heat boiling pan, gastronorm sized, allows you to cook products in lift out 1/1gn sized basket containers, allowing easy loading unloading, ideal for vegetables, pasta etc. The baskets are stacked on top of each other allowing a large capacity in a small footprint

  • Tank made of 3mm thick 316 marine grade stainless steel - allows food to be cooked with high acidity content

  • Thermostatically controlled 20 - 105�C




  • Heavy duty 2mm thick top


  • 11/2" Chrome plated brass drain off valve




  • Fitted with hot & cold swivelling water fill tap




  • Spring loaded hinged lid
