With colour-coded injected rubbed corners, not only is it easy to quickly identify the correct chopping board for the job - it's also specifically designed to stay in position during use, so there's no need for placing a cloth underneath. This helps promote a cleaner working space and saves on cloth laundering!

The board itself is made from high density, smooth, non-toxic material which is inert to food, as well as typical kitchen detergents and disinfectants. This ensures it's easy to clean and the perfect surface for everyday food preparation. The Araven cutting board is also reversable - perfect for saving a bit of time when required.

Once you're all done, the boards can be placed in the dishwasher. A superb quality professional board for the most demanding commercial kitchens.
