The Hamoki Gas Countertop Charbroilers are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.

These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) or infrared elements positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12 inch width. They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making it ideal for cooking a variety of foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.

The grill surfaces are stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, standby pilot for easy start, these appliances are designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.

Countertop gas charbroilers are a popular choice for restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and other foodservice establishments seeking to enhance their menu offerings with the delicious flavor and appealing grill marks that only charbroiling can provide.
