The GVC33-150 Gastronorm Topping Shelf has a fully automatic operation to ensure that all the features work together effectively and efficiently. This includes the static cooling system that provides temperatures ranging between 2C to 10C. These temperatures help to keep the toppings in your unit fresh for longer and guarantee they are always held in perfect serving conditions.
