This Gemm BCC/4008 Roll In blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all large volume operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm Bakery trolleys it will work in tandem with large Bakery & Combi ovens and other other large cooking vessels.
