This Gemm TALH/16S - 14 tray bakery retarder prover accepts the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. �The fully automatic controls makes it easy for operator - simply load and push the button - the different phases of retarding, proofing with correct relative humidity are controlled by the electronic controls and controls can be set to come on at a pre-set time to suit your operation - helping to reduce staff costs.

  • No worktop fitted - it is designed to sit under a worktop
  • Will accept 14 x 600 x 400mm trays at 75mm centres - supplied with 14 trays slides as standard
  • 5" Touchscreen programmable controls - temperature range -2/+35�C - can be used in either manual or automatic mode




  • Fan assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self re-evaporation - Climate Class 5




  • Proofing cycle by use of electric heaters and precise control of the relative humidity with humidity regulator - upto 99% humidity can be achieved




  • Electronic controls have an inbuilt timer allowing you to set the unit to suit your operation




  • 304 stainless steel interior and exterior




  • Easy to clean - radiused internal corners with wash out drain and removable shelf racking
