The unit has a fast freeze switch so that if you need your unit to freeze quickly then you turn this on and it will freeze a lot quicker. There is also a high temperature warning light so if your unit is overheating or starting to warm up above the temperature it should be then this light will come on and you'll be able to sort it out.
