This Mirror PLF2 is a thermostatically controlled medium/heavy duty Plancha. The hard chromed plate finish is non porous so prevents cross flavour, reduces heat radiation so reduces fuel costs, it has even heat distribution and is easy to clean down.�

  • Fully Hard Chromed Mirror finish cooking surface - 50 microns, prevents cross flavour of products




  • Cooking area; 2 x 355 x 515mm




  • The cooking plate is surrounded by a water channel allowing easy cleaning




  • Each plate is Thermostatically controlled upto 290'C




  • All models are supplied with 1 grease drawer




  • Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean




  • Can be supplied with a groove plate option - please ring for details
