These Moretti Forni Series P Heavy duty bakery deck ovens are ideal for Cooking bread and other bakery products, supplied as standard with Embossed steel sheet oven floor but can be supplied with a refractory stone base on request and with availability of having an inbuilt steam generator they are the ideal choice for discerning bakers. The oven is supplied with the decorative canopy and proofer on castors.
