These Moretti Forni Series P Heavy duty Gas bakery deck ovens are ideal for Cooking bread and other bakery products, supplied as standard with a refractory stone base floor, they are the ideal choice for discerning bakers. The oven is supplied with the decorative canopy and proofer on castors.
