This Moretti Forni RL/240 Roll In prover cabinet is designed to work alongside the Moretti R14 Rotary bakery ovens.

  • Electronic Controls� - Manages both temperature and humidity settings��




  • Upto 8 leavening timers allowing you to quickly set the appliance with the possibilty of timed switch on




  • Audible alarms signals the end of the program




  • Humidity - relative humidity can be set bewtween 30% and 95%




  • Humidity is generated by immersed heating elements whilst heating is by seperate heating elements




  • Directionalbe air flow for even temperature distribution




  • Insulation - Isothermal 40mm thick polyurethane insulated panels




  • External finish - White finish with aluminium frame
