The main oven compartment features three shelf positions and two chrome shelves as standard, so you can easily load food. There's even space for two full-size gastronorm trays to be positioned inside, side-by-side, so there's impressive capacity for busy services.

Thanks to built-in fans, cooking is fast and efficient, allowing you to often cook without pre-heating, as well reducing overall cooking times. Elements mounted to the rear and base of the cavity ensure a quick heat-up and a consistent temperature throughout.

Another essential feature of the Parry P9EO oven is its user-friendly design. Strong stainless steel construction and its enamelled interior ensure the whole oven is easy to clean and maintain, ready for the next use.
