Description

Commercial induction boiling top specifically designed to provide exceptionally powerful, instant heat whilst still boasting impressive efficiency and reliability. With four independently controlled 3.5kW heat zones over its toughened glass hob, the boiling top is very easy to clean and can simply be wiped down at the end of service. The hob automatically cuts power when pans are removed to reduce operating costs and to help contribute to a cooler kitchen.
