This Quality Fry IQ640 FES Ventless fryer is ideal for Kiosks, Pubs, Snack bars where a fried menu is desired but no external extraction is available. These machines are unique in that they have 4 loading hoppers that automatically rotate and puts product into the frying zone depending on frying times set. There are also 2 frying zones, for example the hopper could be loaded with Chicken nuggets and fries and it will rotate when the pre-set times are reached. For added safety it is fitted with Fire suppression system

  • Inbuilt extraction system allows appliance to be placed where external extraction is not available
  • Inbuilt fire suppression system - can be automatically activated or manually activated
  • Oil capacity is 5.5 Litres
  • Output/Hr - 13kg of 6mm French fries
  • Cooks 2 products at the same time while keep 4 on Stanby in the rotating loading hopper
  • Frying portion size - 250g for Individual portions - 600g for large portion
  • Forced air ventilation - cools vapours and re-circulates frying vapours through the condenser

  • 1st Stage - All the vapours are transferred into the refrigerated coil and cooled - Stage 2 Condensed liquid is then transferred into the condensation drum - 3rd Stage - the dry air finishes degreasing in the filter� 4th Stage - Finally the air passes through the activated carbon to eliminate its odours
