This Sagi IFP202R Pass thru Roll In blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all large volume operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm Bakery trolleys it will work in tandem with large Bakery & Combi ovens and other other large cooking vessels.

  • Cooling capacity�- 210kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 144kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes




  • Climate Class 5 -� at room temperature 40�C with 40% RH, maximum ambient must not exceed 43�C -��




  • Refrigerant - R404A




  • Refrigeration system - Indirect airflow, evaporation temperature controlled by thermostat valve, electric defrost. - Condensing unit is not included - see Optional extras




  • Trolley Capacity - Will accept 20 x 2/1gn trays or 20 x 600 x 800mm Bakery trays�




  • Construction - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior made of polyurethane panels




  • Insulation - 80mm CFC polyurethane foam, density of 40kg/cubic metre - 30mm thick insulated floor




  • Ramp fitted to floor to allow easy loading of trolley's




  • Controls - IP24 rated LCD control board & encoder�with 18 menu options to choose from (see attached spec sheet).�




  • Core Probe - Fitted with multipoint core temperature probe - automatically senses the reached temperature and switches the unit over into a storage fridge/freezer




  • Coated evaporator prevents corrosion




  • Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans




  • Door - Insulated door�with self closing device and fitted with inner safety release latch - fitted with easily removable door gasket




  • USB Port - fitted with port for uploading software and downloading HACCP data




  • Maintenance - front facia removable for easy access of all controls




  • Options; Unit can be fitted with Ultra violet lamps - please ring for prices
