This Sagi KAB2B 40 tray bakery freezer retarder prover accepts the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. �The fully automatic controls makes it easy for operator - simply load and push the button - the different phases of retarding, proofing with correct relative humidity are controlled by the electronic controls and controls can be set to come on at a pre-set time to suit your operation - helping to reduce staff costs.

  • Will accept 20 x 600 x� 800mm trays, 40 x 600 x 400mm trays or 20 x 18" X 30" UK Bakery trays at 40mm centres - supplied with 20 trays slides as standard




  • 80 shelf positions allows you to load varying depths of product at the same time




  • Automatic electronic controls - temperature range -18/+30�C - can be used in either manual or automatic mode




  • Fan assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self re-evaporation




  • Proofing cycle by use of electric heaters and precise control of the relative humidity with humidity regulator




  • Electronic controls have an inbuilt timer allowing you to set the unit to suit your operation
