This Heavy duty German made gas fish fryer has a Flat bottom with external burners allowing a large frying area  - ideal for frying Fish, Tempura prawns, Taco shells, Doughnuts etc. 





Features: 







  • Single tank gas fryer - 28 litre capacity with batter basin 1/1gn size




  • Large Frying area =  850w x 430d x 120 -140mm high




  • Flat bottom - with external burners allows easy cleaning




  • Batter basin is supplied to the right as standard but can be supplied on the left on request - please state when ordering




  • 3mm thick stainless steel pan




  • Double walled body - reduces heat loss and saves on gas consumption




  • Fitted with cool zone - increases oil life




  • Supplied with analogue thermometer to read oil temperature




  • Fitted with piezo ignition for easy lighting




  • Can be supplied for LPG use or Natural mains gas use - please choose when ordering




  • Can be supplied without legs




  • Options - fryer basket, side mounted drainer (as on image),  lid & castors - please ring office for prices
