This Valko Idrochef 70 Mobile sous vide heating re-circulator is ideal for Medium to Large catering operations. Sous vide cooking retains precious nutritional food properties, reduces shrinkage and allows kitchens to plan batch cooking in advance and even overnight cooking. Link it with a vacuum packer and blast chiller and you have a very flexible cooking system which will reduce food waste.

  • Powerful 3kw  heating re-circulator with inbuilt pump  - can be used with container upto 70 litres water capacity - cooking load upto 25kg
  • Supplied with 70 litre capacity tank with front drain off valve




  • OLED electronic controls - with 20 customable programs




  • Accurate Temperature range - 0 - 95�C temperature range - accurate to within .1�C




  • Horizontal circulation of water 


  • Integrated timer and acoustic alarm with automatic switch off prevents over cooking




  • Low water alarm - inbuilt sensor warns the operator the water tank needs topping up




  • Supplied with clamp




  • Core probe - supplied with a core cooking probe as standard.




  • Minimum Immersion height is 200mm - minimum tank height to be used is 200mm




  • All stainless steel construction - supplied on castors
