Features;







  • 1 x Favola 415/25 (group image shows 315/20) Vacuum packing machine - with chamber size 422w x 503d x 220mm high, Sealing bar 415mm, 25 cubic mtrs/hr pump, fitted with lid fastener and soft air system, supplied with inclined base plate for liquids. Overall dims 490w x 650d x 390h. - 13amp supply




  • 1 x Idrochef 216 heating re-circulator with inbuilt pump  - can be used with container upto 60 litres. Fitted with digital controls with 20 programmable menu settings, 0 - 95�C temperature range - fitted with integrated timer and acoustic alarm, and core cooking probe




  • 1 x 200mm deep 1/1gn stainless steel container and lid




  • 1 x Tank divider - allows bags to be kept separate in the container whilst cooking




  • 40 x adhesive pads for core probe needle




  • 100 x bags (200 x 300mm)
