This Gemm BCB/01 3 tray Compact counter top blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.

  • Capacity - Will accept 3 x 2/3gn trays - 67mm shelf centres




  • Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior


  • Digital controls - one touch operation.
  • Preservation mode - once chilling/freezing has taken place the unit automatically switches into chilled/frozen storage mode 




  • Cooling capacity - 7kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 5kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes




  • Coated evaporator prevents corrosion




  • Cleaning - radiused corners & removable shelf supports allows easy cleaning

    Ordered a bain marie and it was very dissatisfing. The product was dirty, old, damaged and did not work. Customer service is not willing to give me a full refund and making it a big deal even though I kindly sent pictures or the product the day after we received it. Do not buy from them as you'll just be throwing away your well earned money. Just get it from Amazon like I had to after and pay ABIT more.
