Simple to operate, the Sirman Dolomiti blast chiller features user-friendly digital controls, allowing you to blast chill to +3°C in just 90 minutes, or freeze to -18°C in 240 minutes - rapid chilling adhering to strict hygiene guidelines. Inside, the core temperature probe ensures temperatures are precisely controlled so maximise food safety. Adjustable programming gives you all the flexibility you need, and thanks to its high capacity design, you can easily fit up to seven full size 1/1GN gastronorm trays inside.
