With the capacity for up to five full sized (1/1GN) gastronorm trays, you can prepare and cook your dishes all in the same container, meaning everything's ready at the same time, reducing queues and making the whole process easier to monitor. All processes and cooking modes can be changed and monitored through the Blue Seal ovens' touch screen interface, which can be updated via USB whenever your menu changes.

And, thanks to the strong stainless steel construction, the whole convection oven is easy to maintain and clean - essential for the modern professional kitchen.
