This Firex Easypan PM9IG370GN gastronorm sized gas boiling pan, allows you to cook products in lift out 1/1gn sized basket containers, allowing easy loading unloading, ideal for vegetables, pasta etc. The baskets are stacked on top of each other allowing a large capacity in a small footprint





 





Features:







  • Gas indirect heat boiling pan - 370 ltr capacity




  • Automatic filling of water jacket - prevents kettle switching off due to low water level




  • Water treatment system must be fitted to jacket water supply




  • Will hold 8 1/1gn basket containers (4 + 4) - tank size 1500w x 550d x 480mm




  • Tank made of 3mm thick 316 marine grade stainless steel - allows food to be cooked with high acidity content




  • Easy to use analogue controls




  • Thermostatically controlled 20 - 105�C




  • Heavy duty 2mm thick top


  • 1 1/2" Chrome plated brass drain off valve




  • Fitted with hot & cold swivelling water fill tap




  • Spring loaded hinged lid




  • Supplied with height adjustable legs




  • Heavy duty all stainless steel construction




  • Supplied set for Natural gas use - LPG use option
