600x400mm. The Scaritech Alveopizz pizza dough proofing tray is a high quality tool designed for professional bakers. This tray is made from food safe, wear-resistant polypropylene and features 11 individual cavities, each capable of holding between 200 to 350 grams of dough.

The tray is durable, lightweight, and ideal for maintaining dough shape during fermentation. The tray is also designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C​, making it perfect for professional bakeries.

The Scaritech Alveopizz tray helps keep dough balls separated, retaining moisture and reducing surface skin formation during proofing, which saves space and time.
