Made to the highest quality, the unit is designed to quickly melt your Chocolate, and then and hold it at the perfect temperature for extended periods.

With a 1.5Ltr stainless steel removable bowl and a strong base unit, the chocolate melter is incredibly easy to clean and maintain. It's also designed for accurate dry heat melting, so there's no need to fill (or empty) a water bath - reducing mess and saving time. The dry heat system delivers accurate temperatures throughout the base and sides of the container, ensuring even, accurate melting. And thanks to its simple dial temperature control, it's easy to use too. A powerful and reliable solution for professional chocolate melting. Great quality, thick and sturdy steel!

Really sturdy, thick, good quality steel. Only used twice so far but appears to remain stable at high temperatures - no warping or bending. Chose these as they go well in both the oven and on the Big Joe BBQ at very high temperatures. A great present for a BBQ-lover!

Grinds coffee beans perfectly and makes frothy coffee only reason i’m getting bing 4 stars is that the you need to push portafilter a lot to remove and put on.
