On Castors. The Falcon E3917I is the perfect way to bring high performance solid-top style hob cooking into your kitchen without a gas connection. Combining a powerful induction solid top with a large capacity fan-assisted oven below, the oven range is the perfect solution for reducing your cooking costs without impacting your output.

The hob has five distinct heat zones, with the square central zone being the most powerful, at 7.5kW, with the sides and front section being 3kW, and the rear zone having a rating of 5kW. This configuration allows you to use the hob the same way as traditional a gas solid top, providing the flexibility, power and multipot cooking that most induction ranges can't provide, yet still being able to achieve the benefits of induction technology.

This option includes sturdy castors - ideal for kitchens where you may need to move the oven for cleaning.
