Behind the single drop-down door, the Falcon offers a generously-sized gas oven with a generous internal capacity over two adjustable shelves, accommodating up to five full-size (2/1) gastronorm trays in total (sold separately) - perfect for cooking in bulk.

When service is over, the stainless steel design, semi-sealed hob and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance.
