Featuring two fast heat-up boiling rings across the cast iron cooking surface, as well as a powerful fan assisted main oven, the Falcon oven range is ideal for restaurants, canteens and takeaways. The stainless steel construction and removable full width drip tray ensures that cleaning is easy at the end of service.
Two full depth heavy duty cast iron hotplates and two circular "fast" hotplates offers maximum flexibility
Twin oven doors have individual catches so no need to open both doors when checking cooking progress and losing valuable heat
