Fitted with a disappearing door, the oven is perfect for kitchens with limited space, neatly sliding away to the side when opened and allowing kitchen staff more room to move. As the name suggests, operation of the easyTouch combi oven is effortless too. The responsive symbol-based 10" display is fast and intuitive, making it especially useful for reducing training times.

The Convotherm Maxx Pro also features advanced automatic cooking and baking, with quick-select keys for mixed loads and batch cooking. It's easy to clean, thanks to the fully automatic ConvoClean system which automates the most time-consuming cleaning tasks. This oven is equipped with a ConvoGrill grease management system which separates off the grease from waste water allowing environmentally friendly disposal and protects the drainage system from clogging.
