With its firebrick base you've got the ability to crisp up thin base pizzas, whilst the powerful cooking elements ensure the contents are cooked quickly and evenly - ideal for keeping the queues down. You can also cook traditional Chicago-style deep dish pizzas, as well as ciabatta, jacket potatoes and cottage pies, making the Lincat pizza oven a truly versatile addition to any professional kitchen.
